With both 3-axis and 7-axis carvers we can accept any standard file type (.o01, .stl, .obj etc.) and turn it into a high-definition poly-urethane foam model, ready for either thermo-forming or lamination.
Good quality, high-density foams mean no compression of the shape during vacu-forming. All our foams meet Australian and European safety standards, are classified as non-hazardous and contain no ozone-depleting chemicals (CFC’s or HFC’s).
